Alex Bourne joined FCB in the summer of 2011 he started playing off playing for U7 Arrows and Billets the following year he became a permanent member of the U8 Arrows and we had a average season .

The following season Alex injured his foot and so had to start in the U9 Bullets squad and then needed up back with Arrows.Alex then started doing extra training at other private training schools and was taking full advantage of this and then it all started to fall into place Alex's pace athleticism speed footballing brain everything.At the beginning of the 2015/2016 season I invited an official from Reading down to our preseason tournament to watch our boys and then asked Alex and a few boys from younger age groups to attend training at Reading Dome .For Alex the rest is history where he spent 3/4 months in the Shadow Squad before being signed permanently in December 2016 .
